GK Academy: What to Expect

Here is a brief summary of what attendees can expect when attending a Dynasty Goalkeeper Academy Camp

If you want to be the best you have to train harder than your competition! Come in fit, healthy, and ready to be pushed on the field, in the weight room, and in the classroom.

Dynasty Goalkeeping Academy T-Shirt & Long Sleeve Goalkeeper Jersey
Every goalkeeper will receive a Dynasty Goalkeeping Academy t-Shirt and a long sleeve goalkeeper jersey. Additional Dynasty Goalkeeping gear is available for purchase in the Dynasty GK Store.

Dynasty GK Student Manual
Your student manual details the topics we cover during the week, so they can implement all the training strategies when they return home. It will include lecture notes, strength & conditioning programs, nutrition advice, mental training worksheets, and much more!

Written Evaluation
A supplemental written evaluation in a narrative form on their physical, technical, tactical and psychological dimensions. This format offers more specific details than the typical number scale evaluations used at most other camps. However, please understand that this lengthy evaluation takes time to compose, so they will be mailed to each student in the fall after all camps are completed.

Individual Exit Meeting
An individual exit meeting to review the week, watch their video, get specific feedback and college advice, as well as set goals for the upcoming year. In order to maximize the meeting students should come prepared with questions and take notes.

Video Analysis
Every goalkeeper receives a video analysis from their training at camp during the week.

Nutrition for Peak Performance
A first-hand, practical look at nutrition for peak performance. You will learn what to look for in a grocery store and on food labels, try new organic foods, and even learn how to prepare a few simple, healthy meals.
