Testimonials from Coaches
Tracy has created a niche in the highly competitive world of women’s soccer. She is an exceptional businesswomen who has the discipline and vision to create a remarkable product. As founder and director of Dynasty, Tracy is at the top of her profession as a teacher, coach and mentor of young women. A tremendous professional, Tracy’s approach has positively influenced the lives and careers of untold numbers of elite female athletes. Although soccer is currently the platform that Tracy is working from, I have no doubt that she would excel in any number of entrepreneurial or educational environments requiring passion, organization, knowledge, preparation and performance.
She is the type of story coaches like to tell — a kid who plays with her heart. She’s the type of player you want to celebrate. She’s a player who has worked herself to death to be a part of this program.
I have known Tracy for over ten years as a world class athlete and as one of the top female goalkeeper coaches in the country. She was always fit– and not just fit enough to be a goalkeeper; she went after it with all she had– to be her best. She developed the technical and tactical aspects of her game along side her incredible fitness, earning a coveted spot on the US Women’s National Team that won the 1999 World Cup.
Your impact on Sam was incredible and is long lasting. From that exact point on she has been a different player and a different person. She plays with tremendous confidence and poise. She walks and carries herself with great pride. Every time she gets possession of the ball I smile because of the incredible poise she shows. On behalf of the Norwin Lady Knight players and coaches, and especially on behalf of Sam, I thank you for your time and you inspiration. You have made a huge impact on a very deserving and tremendous young lady. Thank you.
Testimonials from Students
Thank you so much for making a such a huge positive impact on my 2018! One of my favorite memories from last year is when I got to meet you for the first time on that freezing January day. After that training session I knew I was going to be a lifelong student of yours. Dynasty Goalkeeping has helped me made me grow in every aspect of my game and also as a person. I have seen tremendous growth in my technique, dominance off of crosses and definitely my fitness is so much better. I have always been pretty healthy and fit but you have really showed me the importance of fitness and given me the tools to keep improving. You helped me start to figure out and plan so I can make my goals become reality . Most importantly you have helped me gain confidence so I can be the best me possible. I have really fallen in love with Dynasty Goalkeeping and I take so much pride in being a part of it. It was the highlight of my summer and the best end to my fall. I love being able to train with you and be influenced by so many other talented goalkeepers. I really appreciate how you always give very specific advice directly catered towards me. I walked away from camp and every training with so many new tools to help me continue to grow. One year later I also have a whole new group of goalkeeper friends. My team had fitness testing on Thursday and I was the second most fit girl on my team. I have never been the girl known for my speed but somehow I managed to get the second fastest 40 yard dash!!! This was a HUGE accomplishment for me. Many of the trainers could not believe that the goalie could even hang with the field players, let alone be dominant. It is very annoying that many people still think that goalkeepers being so fit is a crazy idea. Clearly they have not been to Dynasty Goalkeeping Camp!
Thank you for teaching and showing me what a strong mentality can do for me as an athlete, a teammate, and as a person! The things that you have taught me through our lectures and your own personal stories has really has helped me handle this situation in the best way that I knew how. I’m sure you hear this a lot , but you’re and inspiration to a lot of the Dynasty gks! You have created an environment that unifies a group of strangers through hard work! Proving to us all that hard work can be fun! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to come back to Raleigh this summer!
Tracy has figured out the perfect combination of intense training, nutritional education, and off-field sessions that combine to create a complete approach molding top goalkeepers into great goalkeepers. Dynasty is the perfect place to step outside your comfort zone and tap into the potential you hold.
This week was definitely a competitive week that taught me how to compete, while still enjoying the game we all love. I learned goalkeeping is not always about competing against others, but competing with ourselves and pushing ourselves to failure. Through it all I never stopped having fun.
Dynasty is the ultimate camp for competitive goalkeepers! It is a camp where you truly want to improve and push yourself because the atmosphere is simply so much fun. The individual coaching is impeccable and training quality is very high. You get tips catered directly to you and not just goalkeepers in general like at ODP camps. Dynasty will be the highlight of your summer, guaranteed!
Dynasty is super high intensity and high level. There us so much individualized attention that it is impossible not to get better.
I have come to Dynasty Goalkeeping for four years, and every year it gets better. Tracy always finds the small things that we as keepers need to do better, and she gives you every tool possible to improve. Sure there are sessions I dread (especially gk fitness), but at the end I always wish I could stay longer. I have been to camps all around the country, and there is not a single one that provides you with so much knowledge and tools to help you improve.
Dynasty is one of the hardest and best camps I have ever been to! It pushes you beyond your limits and makes you a better goalkeeper in every aspect of the game. The environment Tracy creates supports a tight-knit group and a close bond with the other girls. The best thing you can do for your daughter in order for her to become a better goalkeeper: SEND HER TO DYNASTY!
Dynasty is an experience beyond that on any school or club team or personal training. Tracy works hard to design and execute programs to push players beyond their comfort zone and begin to maximize their potential. Tracy adds constructive criticism and gives direction to develop any gk who desires to improve.
Tracy really takes the time to get to know her players. She wants us all to be the best we can be, and that is reflected in this camp.
After four years I still feel the same way I did after year one. Exhausted, proud, successful, determined, delighted with my personal achievement, and WAY better than I was on Day 1. This camp is a total training environment for mind, body, and soul. You will learn things about yourself that you didn’t know existed while finding out what ‘working hard’ actually means.
Being in such a focused environment with other gks who play at a high level is always a great experience. The emphasis placed on development of the whole player is really beneficial. This camp always helps me prioritize my goals and motivates me to work hard all year long.
Without a doubt Dynasty has been an integral part of my development as an athlete, goalkeeper, and individual. I cannot be more grateful for my five summers at Dynasty, from high school through college, and everything that Tracy has done for me. I can’t imagine being at the skill level I am at today without this camp.
By coming to Dynasty I have finally found a place where those around me are as dedicated and committed to learning this amazing position as I am.
Dynasty Goalkeeping Camp is a challenging but extremely beneficial experience. This camp, above all other training, prepares me the most for college pre-season. The individual attention and high level of students make for a competitive, yet fun week. Before I attended ‘Pro Week’ this summer I was nervous and not entirely confident in my ability. After camp however, I felt the most technically strong and mentally fit I have ever been in my life. Tracy knows exactly how to correct the smallest errors and I am taking her helpful and insightful feedback home with me to apply on my own.
You come into camp knowing you will be pushed to your absolute limits, and because of that you will become a better goalkeeper in a matter of 5 days – mentally, physically, technically, and tactically – every element of soccer AND life. The information you receive here is directly applicable to your training in the following year if YOU choose to apply it. Tracy demands your best and won’t settle for anything else. She gives you the keys to unlock the door to your potential.
I came into this week not knowing what to expect. I knew it was going to be a camp with good training, but I had no idea it would be at such a higher level than any other previous camp I have been to. A combination of the staff, the environment the staff creates, and the competitive and elite level of other goalkeepers, made this camp tough, challenging, competitive, fun, and worth every drop of sweat!
Compared to camps like UNC, Dynasty is a lot more challenging and specific for goalkeepers. It is smaller so it creates a tighter bond between everyone which factors out into a more competitive environment.
This camp creates the perfect environment for high level, dedicated goalkeepers to train and work on every aspect of their game with great knowledge from the coaches and a very open environment that develops into a family as the week progresses. You are able to ask anything and will definitely leave a better keeper knowing what you have to focus on the most to improve.
Last year I didn’t really want to attend this camp because I thought it was too much money and time for me to waste. Once I arrived I immediately learned that I was COMPLETELY wrong! I have now attended two years and have had an amazing time working hard and pushing myself to do better the whole week. The large staff to a few students is tremendous. We receive a lot of individual help and the video is such an effective learning tool. I am definitely coming back next year to prepare myself for college!
This week at Dynasty has truly been the most productive week of my sporting life. Traveling from Ireland and being plunked in a camp of American teenagers seem a little daunting at first, but now my perspective of Americans has totally changed. Also, the way I see the game and view my own abilities has changed for the better. I entered Dynasty a clueless teen, but now I leave taking away many valuable skills and great memories.
Dynasty Goalkeeping is the most effective camp I have ever attended. Seriously! It is the highlight of my summer. Tracy is very knowledgeable and so sincere in her efforts to help us improve. She makes every training session fun and intense.
Thank you so much for your evaluation! I love how you always put so much time into it. It really does help me improve and inspire me to keep doing what I do.
Tracy helps build your confidence in a way that follows you months after leaving camp. There is so much that can be taken from the sessions and lectures. It is so much fun!
At Dynasty I learned not only how to be a better soccer player, but how to be a better person overall.
The limited number of students at Dynasty allows for really specific coaching and for students to focus on correcting bad habits. It also enables you to form good relationships with all the staff coaches for a fun week!
The most effective features at Dynasty are the video, the Student Manual, and how awesome all of the coaches are. The video really helped me identify my weaknesses, I referred to the workout section of the Student Manual a lot throughout the year and it was a huge help in improving all of my physical dimensions this past year (especially my vertical jump!), and I would feel comfortable asking any of the staff coaches for help.
Summer 2010 — This has been my fifth summer attending Dynasty and it has still held the same level since the first year. The training environment is like no other you’d experience at another camp. Tracy is a great coach and I’ve learned everything I know from her. She has been the greatest influence in my soccer career and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for her.
Summer 2008 — Three years ago I came to Dynasty Goalkeeping unprepared, barely able to catch, and not really knowing who I was. Tracy helps you with all aspects of the game and other parts of your life. She inspired and motivated me with her positive, truthful, and encouraging coaching mentality. Tracy is my coach, mentor, and friend. She has helped me realize why I play soccer – because of my love for the game. Once you enroll in Dynasty you become part of a family. Tracy will continue to work with you to help you accomplish your goals as long as you are willing to put the same level of commitment into yourself.
Fall 2009 — I was really, really, really excited to get an email from you! I actually have been thinking of you a lot – especially with the whole college bit. You helped me SO SO SO MUCH! Not only soccer, but mentally and physically as well. So many things I learned from camp and my camp manual help me out in my game so so so much. I just wanted to let you know you’ve done wonders for me in my head on the game of soccer and it’s really awesome to see so much of it play out. I have to admit at camp at times I would think, “Wow, that’s so awkward, why do I have to do it that way?” or “Hmmm…I’ve never heard of that before, but maybe it will make sense later.”, and its just awesome to see it all fall into place. I still have a lot of room for improvement and am always up for learning more, but it’s just really cool to see everything begin to work out. Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!
Summer 2008 — I am just dropping an email to express my appreciation for your camp and the counselors! I learned so, so, so much during that week as well as made some really fantastic friends that I still keep in touch with! I have even brought the experiences and lessons to my games! I really can not convey just how much this camp has done for me! I learned a ton of very valuable information on the tactical game of soccer, picked up A LOT of techniques that I have never learned, and touched up certain skills that I had not properly learned. Like before I went to your camp, I was never the big extension diver to tip the ball over the crossbar. I was just never taught any of those techniques! So at camp, we worked on them so much that it somewhat just became built into my mind! (Even though I really didn’t believe that I, Lauren Smedley, could actually perform one of those ‘COOL professional tip over dives’). Well, on the last day of regional camp, while 3 regional coaches were watching I might add, I DID IT!!!!!!!! Like, I didn’t even think, I JUST DID IT! Like I do it every morning before breakfast!! And to top it all off it was the RIGHT technique! I landed on the ground and was like, in total shock. As I was walking back to the dorm after the game, I replayed the save in my head: sight, foot work, take off, right arm, right hand positioning, right finger movement, AND VOILA! Needless to say, I was thanking you ALLLLL the way back to the dorm. It was just, FREAKEN’ amazing… THANKKK YOUUU!
June 2010 – This camp felt very personalized. I always felt like I was being focused on. It was far better than Regional Camp. Everyone seemed to be on the same page. This has been by far one of my best experiences. I’ve learned so much in these couple of days – it’s remarkable!
March 2014 – Thank you again for all that you have done for me. Without your guidance and friendship I would not have been fortunate enough to play at UNC, and more certainly not be playing professional soccer in the Bundesliga. In addition to teaching me your world class soccer abilities, you also taught me to not be afraid of going after my goals and if I really wanted to do something, to work my tail off and fight for it regardless of what everyone else says. Your success and perseverance set such an amazing example not only for me but for all the people you work with. Thanks again for everything, Tracy.
Tracy is the one person I have ever met who is truly and soley focused on making you the best player you can be. She is such a breath of fresh air because of how kind and positive she is. She has helped me learn to be excited and optimistic about my future as a goalkeeper. I owe a lot to her encouragement and training. She has shown me what kind of person I want to be: pure of heart, soul, and mind.
Summer 2009 — This is my third year attending this camp and after experiencing Division I soccer there is no other camp I’d rather attend before returning to school in the fall. Dynasty has matured me in ways I could never imagine and will continue to help me be successful in college and potentially professionally. The competitive environment makes every drill game-like and focuses on getting every goalkeeper to challenge themselves. I feel more prepared to face new obstacles every time I attend this camp and I couldn’t ask for anything more!
Summer 2007 — I just wanted to let you know that you have really inspired me to be the best that I am capable of being. Your camp made me more dedicated, more confident, and more disciplined in every aspect of being an athlete. You really have no idea how much your camp has helped me. Thank you.
It’s Canadia. Just wanted to say a big thank you for everything. I’m not going to lie- I was terrified to come. Maybe because of the distance, maybe because of the fear of not being good enough, but right away I felt like I fit in. It was by far the best soccer experience I have ever had. Playing with other competitive goalkeepers was absolutely amazing. The girls were all so nice and accepting and not for one second did I feel like I was an outsider. It was an unreal experience from beginning to end, on and off the field. The coaching also was obviously amazing. I’ve never learned so much in such a short time. You, Ashlyn and Tucker all created an awesome environment. I found all three of you to be super encouraging, knowledgeable and experienced and those three qualities are hard to find in a coach from my area. It was such a fun trip. I can’t even begin to describe the fun I had. I’m already saving up my loonies and toonies for next year, because I will do anything for another week of that training.
This camp wasn’t all about going through as many drills as quick as possible in the time allotted. Instead the coaches took the time to improve the camper’s goalkeeping skills. Also, the lectures were very unique. They had good health information and college search help.
Choosing the correct pathway for one’s future is extremely difficult to do without guidance, structure, and the much needed insight of an experienced veteran player. Tracy is the kind of person who remains your mentor, role model, and coach forever. When camp is over contact is far from lost. She is always checking on how your doing in both soccer and life. The experience that is achieved at Dynasty Goalkeeping Camp is close to indescribable and is greatly rewarding.
Attending Dynasty Goalkeeping Academy really improved my game and gave me a better outlook on my role as a keeper, my nutrition and my lifestyle. Tracy helped me gain confidence in myself and helped me become physically and mentally prepared for anything in the future whether in soccer or in life. I want to keep coming back because I know what to expect – that we’ll be working hard, but we’ll be having a blast at the same time.
In the five days I spent in North Carolina I learned details I was never taught before. Coach Noonan’s methods are extremely effective. Her calm and somewhat relaxed demeanor made it easier to acquire the information she was teaching us. Her thorough and true understanding of the game really came through.
I met Tracy in the summer of 1997. She was my coach at Soccer Plus Goalkeeper Camp. Her work ethic and hard-nosed training style had an immediate and long lasting effect on me. She influenced me to adopt these same principles and I applied them throughout my goalkeeping career. Consequently I was able to make a meaningful impact during my time at the University of North Carolina and went on to be drafted to play professional soccer in the Women’s United Soccer Association (WUSA).
The reason Tracy Noonan is a truly great coach and has had such an impact on me is that she has taught me about every element of being a soccer player. Learning about nutrition, strength and conditioning, and the psychological aspects of the game really make a difference when you are playing at the highest levels of soccer.
Tracy Noonan has been one of the most influential people in my soccer career. Looking back and comparing my goalkeeping ability before training with Tracy and after training with her is like comparing night and day. She taught me that in order to play at the highest levels of soccer, skill and technique are essential; however, she also emphasized that good nutrition, fitness, and mentality are integral to reaching the upper echelon of play. This is an excerpt from a quote which Tracy gave to me when we first began training and which I believe embodies the most important life lesson she taught me: ‘If you believe in something, and are willing to do whatever it takes to improve yourself to reach your goals, then you cannot be denied.’
Testimonials from Parents
So we tried four different goal keeping camps and by far yours was the best, hands down. In fact it’s embarrassing the quality of coaching at the other camps compared to yours. My daughter got the most out yours of all the other 4 camps in those shorts five days. I have to say when you told me the cost of the camp I was taken aback and to be honest skeptical, but now I realize that the cost really was worth it as the quality of the camp was the best. In a perfect world I’d save up my money and let her do all the sessions but I know she’s not of age nor college caliber yet. Your write up was detailed and I really appreciate it as I can pass it along to her goalkeeping coaches in her team here in Utah. Unfortunately it is a very small community here in Utah and they just don’t have goalkeeping coaches or at least we haven’t found anyone like you here. Wish you could work with your double here as I think you would really bring her game to a whole-new level and you are what we have been looking for since she fell in love with the game particularly the GK position . I’m going to be the first to say that we would love to come back next summer! Bottom line is, I’m so grateful to finally learn what a great goalkeeping camp looks like and how it makes all the other camps like a joke.. Thank you again for providing an outstanding experience for Kate. She truly improved her game and grew so much in just a 5 days.
I do want to say that you have definitely impacted her eating habits. She is so funny when she comes back from camp and tells me all the things she has learned. She is eating a lot cleaner which in turns makes her parents eat better. (She also gets on her teammates about making better food choices!) We recently bought a food processor. The first thing she said was she could now make your banana ice cream. She also eats a lot of natural foods that she would never have tried before and always looks for foods that will naturally heal her body. I really love that! Thank you again for everything and the positive role model you are for these young ladies.
I owe you a HUGE thank you from Ellie’s time at camp this summer. Sorry if it sounds cheesy, but I am truly grateful for the people who have such a positive impact on my kids. Thank you for; nurturing her love for the game, developing the perseverance to work and chase her goals and dreams, and most importantly, encouraging Ellie to just keep striving every day to be the best person she can be. The week Ellie spent with you was no doubt one of the best weeks she has ever had. She thoroughly enjoyed the challenge, the intensity and being surrounded by positive strong women. Ellie continues to be inspired and motivated and I know she channels her inner Tracy voice often both on and off the field. Ellie plays for one of the small DA clubs, it is a long drive, but the closest option she has and it’s totally worth it. She is so lucky to have a great coach but there is limited extended staff and it is often up to her to find ways to put in the extra work in goal. This has always been a challenge. You have provided her the tools and guidance to be independent with her training and fitness. I see an enormous change in her confidence which is awesome as she is the youngest by far this year with the U16/17 combined group. The feedback and data you provided was excellent and she immediately started to work to improve her weakest areas and make goals for the upcoming year. You helped light some kind of fire in her!! It’s just cool to watch her continue to grow, put in the work, and have so much fun while doing it.
Mike and I wanted to take a moment and thank you for all you did for Kate last week at camp. This camp did so many things for Kate. It taught her how to be independent, it taught her she can manage without her parents, it taught her that she can hang with the big kids-not just the big kids, but very talented big kids, and it taught her she can push herself farther than she ever imagined. Kate learned so much about being a keeper this week. She learned she really needs to work on her fitness and leg drive, she needs to work on her communication, and she needs to work on her form and focus on those little things she seemed to think weren’t that important. It was great that Kate heard such detailed instruction and she was really encouraged when she made positive changes. Also, your video is amazing. It really helped all of us see some of the little things she needs to change. It also helped us learn some of the things you were focusing on in camp. Additionally, Kate asked us if it was okay to talk to her team’s coach before practice tomorrow. She wants to talk to the team to explain what she is going to say and what that means for them during the game. We loved to see she really wants to take the initiative to keep practicing what you taught her last week. Kate already said she cannot wait for you to see how much she improves over the year. Thank you so much for everything!
I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know just how much this week meant to Marina. As you learned, she is a homebody who is very close to her family. Soccer is the only thing in her life that she feels is the worth the risk to leave her comfort zone. But she has come home so inspired and so confident that I’m just astounded. She was nervous about camp, but prepared to the best of her ability. She worked out as instructed and took many hours on her own in the backyard with the ball. She feels like she did her best and learned so much. She has already said she wants to come back to camp. She attended Crossfit today and has practiced her sit-ups, I believe her goal is to beat you next summer! Thank you so much for inspiring her and providing guidance and encouragement in all areas of her game. This week was so much more than camp – we need a new word for the time you spend with these girls. Somehow the word “camp” seems insufficient. Thank you, again, for everything you did this past week. I’m sure you are exhausted, but know that it served a great purpose. She will never forget this week!
Thank you Tracy in your contribution to her (Megan’s) success, as not only do you give young goalkeepers an opportunity to train at a high level and develop quicker, you are a role model of the value of hard work, setting goals and pushing oneself to accomplish them.
Dynasty Goalkeeping was in a different stratosphere as far as Dayton was concerned six years ago. I know you have a lot of students and I would be willing to bet that damn near each and every one of them make you proud in one way or another. But, please take an extra minute or two and know that you made this one what she is now. I am a firm believer, in my heart and in my mind that she would have NEVER gotten to this point had it not been for you and your staff. It started six, damn, maybe seven years ago and it is very very close to the best thing we have ever done for Dayton. Not only in her soccer prowess but in becoming a very determined, aggressive, and passionate young lady as well. So, Tracy, please let me (and I know I speak for Dawn as well) take a minute to say THANK YOU! Thanks very much to you and your staff for your professionalism and for taking Daytons’ hand and guiding it.
I just want to tell you what a great and important week my daughter Allie had at camp. Her confidence is elevated, and her understanding of what her strengths and weaknesses are clearer. She is on a path that may lead to a much stronger and more complete player. I want to personally thank you for making a real impact in Allie’s life. She recently did a Bio for Nationals, and listed you as her favorite player! We’ll be back!
Tracy, I want to thank you for all you have done for Kelsey (Wally). As her Dad I know how special she is. She amazes me all the time (even when she scares me). But as her Dad I know there are very important and special people in her life — and you are clearly one of those. Thank you for being there for her. I appreciate: the training you have given her; the experiences you have made available for her; helping her develop – not only as a soccer player, but as a person; supporting her when she needed it most; not selling her short; being a friend; and just being there. I doubt you or I will ever know what a great impact you have been on her, and a very good impact! Thank you!
“Thanks for your help improving Hope’s game. She has gained confidence in her keeper skills and developed her knowledge of game situations and positioning. She has really enjoyed participating in the Dynasty program and it has paid off with a very nice Division I scholarship offer for her.” – Spring 2014
“She has been tremendously influenced by your program. She eats a diet that is healthy and maintains a great conditioning program. Thanks for all your help, support, and training. I am proud of her for having the maturity to survive at Youngstown and make a strong transition to Salisbury. You teach life skills and not just gk stuff and I know it was a big help to her.” – Spring 2015
I’ve told you before, and I genuinely mean it, I know Sydney wouldn’t be where she is today without you. It’s not just about the training, but the positive role model and influence that you’ve had on her. I can never say thank you enough. It is amazing for me to see the impact that you have on Sydney. I came home last night, and she was so excited about the training session and working out with you. As we’ve discussed, Sydney internalizes so much, but somehow you have an impact on her like no one else I know. I’m sure it’s not just Sydney, but as a parent it’s really cool to see someone you respect have such a positive influence on your child.
Thank you for ALWAYS encouraging Ashlyn, for setting goals for her to aspire to, and for being very clear & honest on where she can improve. She hasn’t had that experience in college with her coaches as they tend to use “fear motivation” rather than motivating from a place of excellence. I know she will benefit greatly, as a player and a person, from being in your space these next few months.
I can absolutely see the difference in Darien since this summer. She attributes a lot of her recent development to her time in North Carolina at your camp. She is changed. She is more confident, more driven, and more mentally involved in the game than she has ever been. Her communication has increased ten-fold and improves with every game. Darien received your letter of evaluation a couple of days ago and it lit an even bigger fire under her…she can’t wait to go back to camp for more. I would like to thank you for your dedication to the sport and the goalkeeper position. You are a huge inspiration to my daughter and a terrific role model for female athletes everywhere.
I wanted to thank you for the great training you provided for Rachel back in July. It has made a big difference in her play. I dare say I’ve noticed more improvement after your 5 day camp than any other training she has received. I can see a much more confident keeper back there now than I did before. Her awareness on the field and direction of players is better than ever. She is more vocal and the team is responding. She also is making much better decisions than in the past. She is looking forward to your camp next summer.
I just wanted to tell you that Kaylyn could not stop talking about what a great time she had at camp this week. She talked the entire ride home and all through lunch (which is a big deal for her at this age). She is already talking about how she can save the money to go to camp next year. She loved meeting all the girls from other places and loved sharing & hearing stories with girls who have so much in common with each other. I don’t think we (her family) understand what a rare breed the female goalkeepers are. It seems like the girls formed a great bond with each other. I have never seen her so excited and happy after a camp experience. She is sore and tired but it’s a good kind of “achy ness” and exhaustion. Under your orders…she is relaxing at the pool this afternoon!
Dave and I want to thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for Kaylyn. We have said many times that she is very lucky to have you as a role model, coach, and mentor. She is learning so much more than goalkeeping skills…she is learning life lessons that will stay with her and guide her through the good times and the tough times that inevitably will be a part of her future. For all you did this week and for so much more…we thank you! Please thank you great staff as well. Kaylyn had nothing but wonderful things to say about them too.
Mackenzie came home from your camp with something in her heart and demeanor that helped her go into Regional camp with a great attitude and lots of confidence. You factor in hugely in helping her get free of her burden of perfection and resetting her self-confidence. She came back from Dynasty believing in herself and having fun seeing what she can do again. What more can you ask for, for your child? This carries over to so much in her life. You have a great way of challenging the girls while building confidence at the same time. That’s a tough dance. Thank you.
I wanted to drop you an email to let you know that I loved the DVD that you provided. It was a pleasure watching my daughter not only having fun but learning so much. You pinpointed aspects of her game that she has been dying to improve. I always say that she wants more data, input, and knowledge. You gave her all of that and also peace of mind to allow herself to work on those parts of her game. Dayton is a lot like her father in that she wants to be perfect every time and allows frustration to cloud her ability. When you said “and relax” at the end of each session it gave her a moment to catch her breath and allowed her to re-focus. Dayton went up there very excited about working out with you and returned more excited about putting what she learned to use. Your teaching techniques are very specific and explained precisely. Your honesty in coaching also goes a long way. You tell Dayton exactly what she should be doing for her age and what the next step is. That helps put the process in a frame that Dayton can tackle and work on. I like your way of working on skills and breaking down each part of the game for the total package.
On behalf of Elizabeth (Bitsy) and her Mom and Dad, we want to thank you for a terrific experience at Dynasty!! Bitsy made some great friends and felt that the training and experience was top notch!! She is at the Naval Academy this week playing soccer and is putting to good use her Dynasty Training. Most of all, we want to thank you for the excellent medical attention Bitsy received from your athletic trainer, Meghan. A parent’s worst nightmare is having their child sustain an injury and not being able to be there to help them through it. Meghan was on top of the situation from the beginning, including urging us not to wait until she returned home for medical consultation. As it turned out, she did just have a jammed finger, but having the reassurance from Meghan and the hospital in Raleigh was a big help. We apologize for the VERY late night for Meghan. Please congratulate your staff and thank Meghan for their personal attention, not only in the coaching but in the support of Elizabeth. We very much appreciate it!!
I must compliment you highly for the terrific camp you have established. My daughter, Chandler, had the best time ever and was challenged at every turn. She learned so much and has been filled with desire to go even farther than she thought she could. She now has the answers to so many questions that have been plaguing her and no one could seem to find the answer for. Chandler felt special at your camp and that connection is so important to a student. If someone feels special then, as an instructor, you “have them in the palm of your hand and they will learn all you have to offer”! In the beginning, the cost of your camp was a deterrent, but now I must say it was worth every penny! Just to hear Chandler say how much she has learned, experienced, was challenged and how excited she was to find someone who is as passionate about Whole Foods as she is makes it dollars well spent. I do not know if you are aware yet but you now have a protégé for life in my daughter. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank you for sending Adelaide the personal note and pictures from the camp. Dynasty Goalkeeping Academy is the finest goalkeeper program in the country. There is nothing that compares. I suspect the Soccer Plus ANTC program was supposed to be like it at its inception, but what you have built today is without comparison. It is really first class, and you really helped A. More than just running a goalkeeper camp (many do that), you really care about what you do, and you take great pains to do it well. All the thought and effort shows in the camp, but it also shows in the little things, like your note to Adelaide.
This is her type of camp. I don’t know if you can get too intense for Lauren because she takes training so seriously. We looked at the schedule and it has so many components that are so important. Too many camps give you a little instruction in the morning and then the rest of the time you stand in the goal for games. What you have laid out are things that build the complete keeper.
After your child has trained with Tracy Noonan, you will realize that few, if any, of the soccer coaches you know, understand the position of goalkeeper or how to train for the unique skills and mindset of a successful keeper. My daughter was hardworking and determined, but could only be described as an average player, at best. Tracy taught her the technical skills and instilled in her the values (good nutrition, strength and conditioning training, etc.) of a committed athlete. Most importantly, however, Tracy taught my daughter to believe in herself. I had thought my daughter’s dream of playing in college was just that, a dream. She is now committed to join a Division I program next fall. I have no doubt that much of the credit for that success goes to Tracy.
Both our daughter, Katie, and our son, Chris, have been fortunate to train with Tracy Noonan for many years. While neither Katie nor Chris possess the physical size that is valued for goalkeepers, the technical skills, tactical skills, and tough mentality that Tracy has taught them have taken them to high levels of play. We are grateful to her for helping Katie and Chris stop goals on the soccer field and reach goals off the soccer field!
Every time I think about Kristine and her amazing transformation, I can’t help but remember Tracy and the positive impact she had on both her and Monica. At a critical time in Kristine’s development, she watched how Tracy took care of herself as an athlete through exercise and nutrition, not just to win a game, but to lead a healthy lifestyle. Kristine soaked it all up like a sponge and has applied it to her life.
