GK Academy: Policies
All cancellations must be received in writing. If approved it will result in a camp credit for all fees paid minus the $500 non-refundable deposit, valid through summer 2022. Camp credit will ONLY be issued for medical reasons with a letter of confirmation from a physician (within 30 days of cancellation), family emergencies, invitation into a youth National Team camp, or if your team qualifies for a National Championship after May 1st.
- NO CREDIT will be issued for ODP (State & Regional team level), club, or high school conflicts. These are predictable events with known schedules. Carefully review your soccer calendar and consult your coaches for permission prior to registering for camp.
- NO CREDIT will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp.
- NO CREDIT will be issued if an injured student remains at camp to learn by observing.
- NO CREDIT will be issued for cancellations (medical included) received within 30 days of the start of camp.
This camp credit is transferable to a family member and may be used for any 2022 Dynasty Goalkeeping Academy sessions. We reserve the right to handle all situations on an individual basis.
COVID19 Cancellation Policy
It is impossible to predict what, if any, restrictions we may still be faced with regarding COVID19 come summer 2021. Should we be unable to host our 2021 summer camps at Saint Mary’s School due to COVID19 (or low enrollment due to COVID 19) the $500 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if we are forced to cancel Dynasty Goalkeeping will provide our summer camp lecture series via Zoom (4 lectures over an hour in length each), so students would receive value in exchange for the deposit. Any funds paid above and beyond the deposit would be available as a credit to use through 2022 summer camps. In addition to 2022 summer camps, the credit can also be applied towards private and semi-private mini-camps which are offered based on mutual availability throughout the year.
Certainly no student should attend camp if they are exhibiting any symptoms or are sick with any illness. Students who arrive to camp sick will be sent home immediately. Should a student be unable to attend camp due to a positive COVID19 test result, camp credit minus the $500 non-refundable deposit will be given upon receipt of official medical documentation. However, if the student can produce 2 consecutive negative PCR results she can be considered for later 2021 weeks space permitting. If an alternate 2021 week is not feasible the non-transferable credit is valid through summer 2022.

Space is very limited, so register AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Enrollment can only be secured by sending the completed Application, Medical Release Form, a copy of your medical insurance card (front and back), and $500 non-refundable deposit TOGETHER. All balances are due in full by May 1st. Late payments will be subject to a $50 late fee. Tuition balances that are not paid in full as of June 1st are subject to forfeiture of all fees paid and your spot in camp will be surrendered to a new student. We will continue to accept applications until all camps are full, (12 students per week). If you are applying after May 1st, you must send the full tuition.
Returned Check Fee
There will be a fee of $30 for any returned checks.
Dynasty Goalkeeping Academy offers a shuttle service to pick up and drop off students from RDU only. Reservations for shuttle service must be made at least 15 days prior to the start of camp for a fee of $50 roundtrip/student (or $25 one way). Reservations made within 15 days of the camp will be subject to an additional charge of $25.
